Crispy Corn is a crunchy, tasty vegetarian snack. Loaded with the Indian-Chinese fusion flavors these crispy corns are my favorite party snack. I thought I’d share with you my super delicious crispy corn recipe. Be sure to watch the video!

Ingredients

• Sweet corn - 200 gram
• Lemon - 1 tablespoon
• Onion medium size - 1
• Coriander leaves - 1 cup
• Chat masala - 1 teaspoon
• Cornflower - 2 tablespoon
• Flour/Maida - 2 tablespoon
• Salt to taste
• Black salt to taste
• Red chilly powder - 1/2 teaspoon
• White oil / Olive oil for deep fry
