Papad Curry | Dahi Papad Curry is a popular, easy, and healthy Rajasthani curry recipe which equally other curry recipes. It's ready with poppadoms in yogurt or curd-based curry. This curry can serve with roti and also with jeera rice and pulao recipes too.

Generally speaking, the Papad Curry Recipe is ready with just fried papadums in cooked yellow gravy that's the primary consists of yogurt and spices. Ingredients

  • Papad - 8 pieces
  • Curd - 100 ml
  • Kashmiri red chilly - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Hing - 1 pinch
  • Salt as per need
  • Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Green chilies as per taste
  • Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Clarified butter/Ghee - 2 tablespoons
