Shahi Chicken Korma | Chicken korma recipe | How to make Chicken Korma

Shahi Chicken Korma is equally referred to as Shahi Chicken, comes with thick gravy. This delicious royal dish was a neighborhood of Mughal cooking within the sixteenth century before the British era.

At the same time, the royal cook Mir Bakawal used to cook this dish within the royal kitchen room of King Akbar. Add Shahi flavored and spices that are another point of this dish.

  • Curd - 200 ml
  • Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Kashmiri red chilly - 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Onion - 250 gram
  • Cashew Nuts - 15 gram
  • Almond - 15 gram
  • Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Nutmeg/Jaiphal - 1/2
  • Mace/Javitri few
  • Clove - 15 pieces
  • Green cardamom - 8 pieces
  • Black cardamom - 1 piece
  • Black pepper - 20 pieces
  • Cinnamon - 1 inch
  • Bay leaf - 1 piece
  • Coconut powder - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt as per need
  • Refine oil as per need
  • Clarified butter/Ghee - 2 tablespoons
  • Green chilies as per taste
  • Kewra water - 2 tablespoons
